Snow for Christmas?
Thursday, November 30th, 2006With the end of November past, our premium snowfall time has also past. Just last week, we had a thunderstorm but NO SNOW. Today, Illinois, Nebraska, and Missouri got snow. No snow for us….just a high of 15 degrees and clear skies.
Clear skies are not a good thing to see during December, January, and February in MN. It means it’s too damn cold for clouds to even form, and when there aren’t any clouds, there’s nothing to trap the “warmth”, causing us to have subzero temperatures at night.
If you can control the weather, please make it >20 degrees out in MN and send some rain clouds so we can have snow for Christmas. It’s a simple request, really. I’m sick of looking at brown grass and leafless trees.

Uh…requesting no snow until AFTER December 9, though. Pretty please?!

I control the weather, and I shall not give in to your requests… FEEL THE BITTER COLD!
Oh, but there will be a freezing rain storm on the 9th.

Adam, you get to stand with the truck then.

I take it from Bethany’s response that tomorrow is the big day? Don’t forget to bend at the knees when you lift. And, Bethany, let them do the difficult work. Oh, one more piece of advice - “Beer me!” only AFTER the boxes are moved.
It’s going to be a great Christmas in that beautiful home. Good luck moving.

I second that, GOOD LUCK, and make sure you take pictures as we want before/after pictures.

Thanks Michiel and Amy. We just finished closing. We got pictures of the big check that we gave away to the agents. WE’RE HOME OWNERS!
