Cedar Point Pictures

Monday, September 4th, 2006

I finally got around to posting some picks from our trip to Pennsylvania/Ohio. This sample is from the Cedar Point part of the trip. Cedar Point is a peninsula of Lake Erie in Sandusky, Ohio which has 14 rollercoasters and is over a hundred years old.
From left to right:
1. Top thrill dragster. This coaster is 400 feet tall and accellerates you from 0 to 120 mph in 4 seconds. AMAZING.
2. Adam, Bethany, and I on the main drag. You can see Millenium force, Mantis, Iron Dragon, top thrill, and power tower in the background.
3. Bethany and I in front of Gemini
4. Brent in front of the Corkscrew
5. A train on Mean Streak. You’re completely surrounded by the coaster when you’re waiting in line.

Bethany is adorable! :) I love wooden roller coasters but NOT the corkscrews. Anymore, just makes me sick — TOO OLD! Have you guys been to World’s of Fun? And, was this the Apple Juice trip?

  2. Brent Says:

I went to Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, if that’s they one you’re talking about. It’s actually owned by Cedar Fair too. Great place. Oceans of fun was the best waterpark I’ve been to besides Noah’s Ark in Wisconsin Dells.
