Searching Added while the King Returned
Tuesday, December 14th, 2004I just added the “Search” item to the menu. It’s all the crap I rambled about yesterday. It turned out to be a perfect example of reusable code cause it only took about 10 minutes of modifications to my old journal code once I got the GUI fool-proofed. Check out the search though. It works like a charm. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:.

So, I bought LOTR: ROTK today. I love going to Best Buy on new DVD Tuesdays. Hello loss-leaders. JK…or am I. :pimp:. I watched all 4+ hours of the movie while I worked on the search page. Oh what a nerdy night. They actually cut a lot of good scenes out in the theatrical version. Bastards. If you don’t own it already, you should borrow it from a friend. Be warned though: the first disc crashed my computer when it got to the end. I’m talking a full hardware lock-up –> not cool :finger:. After rebooting, I put the second disc in with no problems. Who the hell did their QA..jeesh. :holyshit:
