Celebrate a site update by buying a new bed
Sunday, January 11th, 2004Today has been a pretty cool day. I woke up in my NEW BED, which was the best feeling. I’m not going to say how much it cost me, but it was definitely worth the money :thumbsup:.
I was playing Battlefield on my favorite server last night, and the resident clan invited me to a private chat. That was so much fun, and my girlfriend actually participated too. My handle on Battlefield is Left Nut, so they called her Right Nut. It made for some good conversation.
I made a couple site updates today which I will list below:
1. Added familiar names to users which are displayed on the admin interface, on galleries, and on photo comments.
2. Added email addresses to users, so journal comments on friends’ blogs will send email notifications to THEM, not me :).
Soon, I’ll add an automated interface to request hosting a blog. I’m not there yet, but it isn’t hard at all.
Also, I’m going to start using a php function on photo comments, journal comments, and journal entries that automatically turns line breaks into <br>.
