How to win at Golf (on a snooker table)

Saturday, September 27th, 2003

So, I lied on my AIM profile. I don’t write in here every-other day. I’m a lot happier now that I have a job though.
I finally got my hours stepped up at work. I’m glad. I was selling like mad! The next phase is for me to try to go full-time. We’ll see if I can get there by Christmas. I’m still looking for professional work, but the job pool is especially dry right now.
This weekend was awesome! :koolaid: Both Friday and Saturday were Kim’s birthday party. On Friday, we played 7 hours of pool, including three games of golf and one game of snooker. I actually won all three games of golf, one of which was with Rick’s help :holyshit:. I have a “positive karma” strategy, meaning that I don’t kick other people out of the pockets because they will come back and kick me out. That strategy seems to work very well.
I’ve always wondered about those Nigerian spam emails that poeple talk about where you get a cut out of getting money out of their country. It is, of course, a scam. I got one the other day. It was really well written, but you’d have to be an idiot to offer somebody 20% return and not expect them to know it’s a scam. :finger:
To close, before I go to work, here are the new Intel CPUs that will be coming out. I can hardly wait! Oh yeah, everyone at work is getting a brand new Intel Motherboard/3.06 GHZ HyperThreaded CPU….I can taste the speed already!

I am very interested how you play golf on a snooker table. I used to play many years ago and would like to play again. But have not found any players who know how to play. I would be interested in any info you could give me. Thanks!

Golf isn’t hard. All you do is start at one corner and then work around the table clockwise. You have to get your ball in hole 1 before 2 before 3…etc. After each hole, you tee off again.

Of course the fun of the game comes from knocking everone else’s balls away from the hole. Since it can take 2-3 shots to score, this could lead to you getting a pool cue in the back of the head. he he.
