Hardest trumpet piece ever (for me)
Monday, April 8th, 2002 I am definitely in the second half of the semester. Now is when all of the large projects are starting to be due. That’s ok though, they aren’t the hardest projects that I’ve ever done. I just need to do them!
I’ve been stepping up my practice time on Trumpet, and it is really starting to show in my playing. I suddenly realized this year that I wasn’t improving as much as I had in past years, mostly because I just wasn’t putting that much time into it (Girlfriends are a full-time job 
). Anyway, I have a really hard jury piece this semester, and I am playing it really well so far. I just have to learn a couple more movements, and I’ll be set. I hope to do a performance of it for my friends the weekend before finals.
